4. Online consultations and treatment bookings
4.1 You may be able to book an online consultation with one of our providers through the Website. Daweeny is not a healthcare provider, insurance provider, or a prescription fulfillment warehouse. In providing the online consultation service, Daweeny’s role is limited to making certain telehealth related information available to you and/or facilitating your access to telemedicine services provided by our network of providers. Daweeny is not responsible for such Healthcare Providers’ acts or omissions, or for any content of your communications with them.
4.2 After online consultation with one of our providers, if applicable, they will recommend a treatment plan and offer treatment options. A patient coordinator from Daweeny will facilitate treatment scheduling, and information exchange between the patient and the selected provider. Daweeny does not recommend or endorse any particular test, procedure, opinion, treatment. If you decide to proceed with such treatment you do so solely at your own risk.
5. Payment and Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
5.1 For online consultations and treatment bookings you pay through Daweeny’s website. In such cases we process your payment card information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, found at daweeny.com/privacy.
5.2 For virtual consultations, appointments can be canceled or rescheduled without incurring any fees up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. Changes made within this specified timeframe are exempt from additional charges. Refunds for any payments made within this period shall be granted in full accordance with the aforementioned terms.
5.3 For treatment bookings through Daweeny, cancellations or rescheduling of treatment bookings can be done free of charge up until 14 days of the treatment start date. You are entitled to a full refund for any payments made during this period.
5.4 Cancellations or rescheduling made within less than 48 hours of the appointment time for consultations or within less than 14 days of the treatment start date will be subject to applicable fees. Daweeny reserves the right to charge for late cancellations or rescheduling, and any incurred costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
5.5 Refunds for eligible cancellations or rescheduling will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. It may take several business days for the refund to reflect in the original payment method.
5.6 If you fail to attend scheduled appointments or treatments without prior cancellation or rescheduling you may not be eligible for a refund, and any prepaid fees will be forfeited.
5.7 By utilizing Daweeny’s services and making payments through our platform, you agree to abide by these payment and cancellation/rescheduling terms.
6. Limitation on Liability
6.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE WEBSITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.
